FBLA Mobile Application Development: Student Portfolio Mobile Application, MyBackpack
- Led a team of 3 to develop, program, and present a mobile application that enables students to create a portfolio of their high school experiences, including academic achievements, athletic participation, clubs/organization memberships, community service hours, exam scores, and other items.
- Programmed a variety of features including ability to network with other students by viewing their portfolios, customizable portfolio stored in Firebase’s cloud-based database, intelligent chatbot powered by Google’s Gemini API, and option to export portfolio in the form of PDF or sharing to social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Delivered a compelling presentation to judges on the state and national levels, focusing on our planning process, Figma wireframe, README file, app documentation, app usage, and copyright information.

FBLA Coding and Programming Project: Student Involvement Mobile Application, Fuzzy School
- Led a team of 3 to design, program, and present a mobile application that tracks student participation and attendance at school events using Android Studio and Firebase’s cloud-based NoSQL database.
- Programmed a variety of features including unique logins for teachers and students, customizable event creation, point awarding system, classroom leaderboards, quarterly report generation in the form of a PDF export, and AI helpbot using OpenAI’s ChatGPT API.

Conrad Challenge Cyber-Technology & Security Innovator Award: Outage Detection Project
- Developed a machine learning model on Amazon Web Services to accurately predict network outages, leveraging open-source UCI data, and employing AWS SageMaker for efficient model training and deployment.
- Utilized advanced algorithms and techniques such as XGBoost and reinforcement learning to optimize model performance
- Employed confidence intervals to assess model accuracy by comparing predictions to historical outage data, ensuring model’s ability to provide timely and actionable insights for network administrators.

- Led a high-performing VEX Robotics team through the design, build, programming, and testing cycles across multiple seasons, creating innovative solutions for unique game challenges each year.
- Spearheaded the creation of a new robot every season, driving continuous improvement through iterative design to ensure a competitive edge.
